Your attendance is confirmed once full payment has been made. All courses and events must be paid in full prior to the date of the course/event. Refunds are only applied if a course is altered or cancelled by Arielle Wellness. We do not accept responsibility for changes in student’s personal circumstances and reserve the right to alter/cancel any of the available courses. If reasonable cause is established by Arielle Wellness, students may move their attendance to the next available course date if there is one, up to a maximum of 12 months. After 12 months a new full fee will be required for your attendance. For this to be considered, Arielle Wellness must be notified of this a minimum of 48 hours (2 days) prior to a course or event and if not the student’s course payment will be forfeited.
